We want your superfoods to reach you fresh, fast and fully tracked. Here's everything about how we ship across India.
01 Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours of successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
02 Delivery timelines
We ship pan-India through our logistics partner Shiprocket. Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations: 5–10 business days
Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.
03 Shipping charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699. For orders below ₹699, a nominal shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code.
04 Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an AWB tracking number by email/SMS. You can also track live status any time from My Orders in your account dashboard.
05 Serviceability
You can check whether we deliver to your area directly on any product page using the pin-code serviceability checker before ordering.
06 Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, RHP Superfood is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll always help you track and resolve any issue.
